Happy New Year

NEW YEAR CARDIO BLAST

With just a few hours left of 2013 why not take 30 minutes to get your blood pumping and get your sweat on!  Here is a cardio blast that is quick, challenging and effective.  Hope you like it.


10 Push ups
10 Pop Squats 
10 Jumping Jacks 
10 Burpees

20 crunches

12 Push ups
12 Pop Squats 
12 Jumping Jacks 
12 Burpees

30 second plank 

14 Push ups
14 Pop Squats 
14 Jumping Jacks 
14 Burpees

20 V ups or roll outs

DONE!
